1. Cancellation
Consultations: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Products: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
2. Refunds
Consultations: If you cancel within the eligible period, a refund (minus applicable processing fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
Products: Refunds are issued for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video). No refunds for remedies or customized products once shipped.
